With two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, it's ideal for divers, families or groups of friends seeking a luxurious and comfortable vacation experience.

Snorkeling gear, some basic sporting goods, boogie boards and beach towels are all included within the unit. Coolers for taking beveages with you to to the pool or the beach are also available. There is also a full-sized washer/dryer, so you can pack light.

Perfectly located right on the beach in Cozumel, this oceanfront condo puts you within easy walking distance (quite literally across the street) of Sunset Beach and it's spectacular snorkeling. Crystal-clear waters allow you to explore a variety of underwater life including fish, coral, and if you get lucky, sea horses. Never snorkeled before? Sunset Beach is consistently named one of the very best beginner snorkeling sites on the entire island.

Looking for family fun or a day of indulgence? You’re just a short drive from the upscale Buccano's Beach Club, and the all-inclusive Mr. Sancho’s Beach Club, where both provide food, drinks, and oceanfront cabanas to create the ultimate beach day experience.

For a taste of local culture, head into San Miguel de Cozumel, where you can browse artisan shops, enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine, and take in a colorful sunset from the waterfront promenade. Adventure seekers can dive into world-famous coral reefs, book a catamaran cruise, or rent ATVs to explore the island’s wild side. For history buffs there is the Museo de la Isla de Cozumel and the Mayan ruins at San Gervasio.
